From Roots to Returns - The Caribbean Is Where Legacy Becomes Leadership

  • Real Estate Strategist | Hospitality Visionary | Caribbean Renaissance ™ Architect

Christopher A. Browne is a Caribbean-American investor, educator, and economic strategist dedicated to unlocking the latent power of the Caribbean through real estate, cultural investment, and diaspora mobilization.

As Founder and CEO of The Buckler Group, Christopher leads a boutique advisory firm positioned at the intersection of real estate strategy, sovereign engagement, and intergenerational wealth. With over a decade of experience in urban planning, real estate finance, and economic development, he brings an Ivy League pedigree and street-level cultural fluency to the work of nation-building.

A graduate of Cornell University’s Baker Program in Real Estate, Christopher has advised governments, mentored emerging Caribbean leaders, and catalyzed investment across key Caribbean markets.

Through his vision of a Caribbean Renaissance™, he champions a future where the region is defined not by dependency, but by design, dignity, and diaspora capital.

My mission is to help reimagine the Caribbean as a place not just of memory, but of movement. A region where our people—from Harlem to Hackney to the hills of St. George’s—don’t just long to return, but are empowered to lead. Through real estate, policy, and cultural capital, I am committed to building ecosystems where legacy meets opportunity.
